Who we are
DJ Himstedt, PhD, MS, MBA
Dr. DJ Himstedt, a highly experienced coach with training in organization development and industrial/organizational psychology, has dedicated over a decade to helping leaders effectively leverage their strengths and leadership potential to drive personal and organizational outcomes. In her current role, she focuses on helping leaders understand their influence and adopt new perspectives to achieve desired interpersonal and managerial outcomes. Dr. Himstedt is currently leading coaching interventions for faculty in academic medical positions and conducting research supported by an NIH grant to deepen understanding of the effects of coaching and leadership development. Moreover, she has successfully designed and implemented a groundbreaking leadership academy that bridges the gap between administrative and physician leadership in academic medicine.
